Podiatrist
Dr. Gill completed a podiatric surgical residency at UPMC Harrisburg, with advanced training in foot and ankle surgery, trauma, wound care, diabetic limb preservation, and reconstructive care. She provides comprehensive, patient-centred care for adults and children, from routine concerns to complex foot and ankle conditions.

Consultations & Assessments

Initial and follow-up podiatric consultations may include a comprehensive foot and ankle assessment, diabetic foot risk screening, biomechanical and gait evaluation, sports injury assessment, surgical consultation, and preoperative or postoperative care when appropriate.
General Podiatric Care

Assessment and care for corns, calluses, thickened or damaged nails, ingrown toenails, fungal nail and skin conditions, plantar warts, heel and arch pain, forefoot pain, bunions, hammertoes, arthritis, and degenerative foot and ankle conditions.
Pediatric Podiatry

Assessment of children’s foot, gait, and lower-limb concerns, including flat feet, high arches, in-toeing, out-toeing, toe walking, limb-length differences, developmental foot deformities, activity-related pain, and pediatric sports injuries.
Sports Medicine & Biomechanics

Care for sports-related, tendon, ligament, and overuse injuries; ankle sprains and instability; flat feet, high arches, and gait abnormalities. Treatment may include custom orthotics, footwear recommendations, bracing, and activity modification.
Diabetic Foot, Wound Care & Limb Preservation

Preventive diabetic foot care may include neurological and vascular screening, wound assessment and debridement, pressure offloading, infection evaluation, patient education, limb-preservation care, and ongoing monitoring based on individual risk.
In-Office Treatments & Procedures

In-office care may include corn, callus, and nail debridement; ingrown toenail procedures; wart treatments; therapeutic injections; appropriate drainage procedures; minor soft-t-tissue procedures; advanced dressings; immobilization, bracing, and offloading.
