Personalized Nutrition Counselling

Nutrition counselling offers an opportunity to explore how your eating habits, health needs, and daily routines fit together.

Sharon works with you to understand your concerns and develop individualized recommendations informed by current nutrition evidence. Your nutrition care may include education, meal-planning strategies, practical food choices, and follow-up support, depending on your needs.

For clients living with medical conditions, nutrition care focuses on dietary support and may involve collaboration with other members of their healthcare team.
